2025 licensing candidates: Hanoverian made in Austria

Romana Heinz-Lichtenegger is currently enjoying great success with her Hanoverian breeding program in Austria. Among other things, she relies on the Hanoverian dam line of Zauberflöte, from which she has secured a special branch. Her St.Pr.St. Dakota by Danone I out of St.Pr.St. Holli already presented a licensed son by Dynamic Dream at the Hanoverian dressage licensing in 2024. This year, her son by For Romance will come to Verden with head number 70. One of the special features of the two brothers is the Hanoverian brand that adorns their left hind leg. In Austria, this is still permitted to be used.

Delisha Jigulina by Fidertanz is the first foal out of St.Pr.St. Dakota and represented her country at this year’s European Championships for Young Riders in Le Mans (France) under the young Austrian rider Anna Bruckberger.

However, it is the hereditary performance of the second and third dams of these young stallions that is particularly special. The second dam, St.Pr.St. Holli von Hohenstein, is one of the most valuable *** mares in the Hanoverian Society. She produced two top-class dressage horses: Fidibus von Fidertanz, successful up to Intermedaire II with Michael Börner, and Daniel Craig von De Niro, successful up to Grand Prix with Janet Egbers.

St.Pr.St. Holli’s dam Wiolet by Warkant/Eiger I achieved the same level of success. She also meets the *** criteria and produced successful horses at the same level with her full siblings Monsieur d’Artagnon (Intermedaire II) and Duvalier by De Niro (Grand Prix). Accordingly, it will be exciting to see how the offspring of St.Pr.St. Dakota will develop.
